Hi, I’m Justin — a Las Vegas-based tattoo artist originally from Mexico City.
I specialize in Black and Grey Realism, Chicano-style work, lettering, and more. My passion lies in creating custom, one-of-a-kind pieces that reflect each client’s vision and story. For me, tattooing isn’t just about ink — it’s about turning creativity into permanent, meaningful art people carry with them for life.
I moved to Vegas at 15, and that’s where my journey as an artist really began. My first outlet for expression was street graffiti, and over time, that love for art evolved into tattooing. Since then, I’ve been committed to growing, learning, and pushing my craft to new levels.

Meet Hope McGee — a vibrant, queer tattoo artist bringing bold color and pop art to life, one tattoo at a time! Originally from Cazenovia, NY, Hope who goes as @psyckoaktive on Instagram, has been tattooing for over 6 years, with experience across Detroit, NYC, Atlanta, and now Las Vegas.
Her style is packed with personality—just like her. Hope specializes in full color and pop art tattoos that are as unique and expressive as the people who wear them. Whether it’s your first tattoo or your tenth, she’s known for her patience, creativity, and making clients feel comfortable and heard every step of the way.
When she’s not tattooing, you’ll catch her skateboarding, snowboarding, surfing, crafting, or watching horror movies. She also fronts a band called The Asstrix and lives with her two beloved purebred cats, Theo and Vienna.
